NFCC CARD Act National Locator Line

The NFCC is offering to creditors a toll-free National Locator Line (NLL) that is fully-compliant with the Credit Card Act of 2009 (CARD Act). The new NLL connects consumers seeking financial counseling and debt management services with NFCC Member Agencies.
  • Executive Office for the U.S. Trustees (EOUST) compliant
  • Connects callers automatically to their agency of choice
  • More than 420 creditor partners currently enrolled
  • Registration and enrollment is FREE
